Five Star Driver : Internet, Extranet

Five Star Driver is a unique job search engine that helps match drivers and motor carriers. The system finds those companies that meet a driver's criteria based on their location, benefits, pay, equipment, home time and qualifications.

After registration drivers can then input their application, enter requirements, order a DOTJobHistory AppPak™, store information and choose a prospective motor carrier.

Recommendations and Components

Sight Design worked closely with Five Star to create and easy to use and administer driver/motor carrier macthing website.

1. Complete user inteface design based on driver and motor carrier demographics and usability studies
2. A robust eCommerce engine was created to handle member registration and report purchases
3. Backend integration tools allow full control of verification data and purchase transactions
4. Integration with other background check services allow members to run 3rd party reports
   XML is used with integration between Five Star and various verification services
